While I was a trainer in a Contact Center, I had the opportunity to develop a series of content materials around wellness at the office. The company was looking to boost productivity and engagement through workplace health and wellbeing, and I propose to develop this material as a monthly newsletter.
My objective was to provide our employees with useful resources to improve their well being at the office while fostering lifestyle changes.
My challenges were to find topics that would engage and inspire all employees, create contents that were educational yet fun to read, and suggest tips that were applicable in the context of the workspace and the company rules.
I researched the best practices and developed the following topics :
